Member sites display a click to verify seal on their site, that the public follow to verify current membership. While we do not mediate disputes between end-users and member sites, we do forward any abuse complaints to the member. Unresolved disputes can cause revocation of the site's approval status.

Membership is issued on a "per site" basis. Multiple sites by the same owner require separate memberships and fees.

Member sites must create and display a privacy policy prominently. If the applicant does not currently have a privacy policy he may create unlimited professional-grade privacy policies at this site: policygenerator.net
